Paying Your 2025 Taxes

Richland County uses a service called “iTax” to process taxes. You can access it by going to the following internet address: https://itax.tylertech.com/RichlandND

  1. Locate your tax properties using the search function by entering your parcel number or owner name.
  2. Select the property you would like to pay taxes on, and click the link in the parcel number column.
  3. To view your statement, click on “Show Current Tax Bill”, or to make a payment, click on “Pay Taxes”.
  4. If paying first half only, add to cart and continue to check out.
  5. If paying both installments, the second half will become eligible after adding the first half to the cart. If both halves are paid by February 15th, the discount shown will be applied.


*NOTE:
  When paying property taxes through Richland County iTax the following fees apply:
-Debit or credit card 2.45% fee
-Checking or savings account flat fee $1.50

Protect Yourself From Fraud!

Richland County has teamed up with Fidlar Technologies to offer Property Fraud Alert. Property Fraud Alert is a free notification service that alerts subscribers (via email, text message, or a voice phone call) each time a document with their name is recorded in the Richland County Recorder’s Office. This website link also tips on how to sign up with business, trust, and common names. If you would like assistance signing up please call Fidlar customer service specialists at the Property Fraud Alert Hotline: 1-800-728-3858. While Property Fraud Alert does not prevent property fraud from happening, it provides an early warning system for property owners to take appropriate actions should they determine possible fraudulent activity has taken place.
