It is the mission of the Richland County Jail to provide a safe and secure confinement for lawfully committed inmates or detainees in compliance with standards set forth by the North Dakota Century Code and the North Dakota Administrative Jail Rules. The primary goal of the jail is to provide the safety of Richland County citizens by detaining lawfully committed inmates in the most efficient and cost-effective manner as possible.
The Richland County Correctional Facility only has the Kiosk Video Visitation in the South Lobby. The Families of the inmates may
utilize the kiosk during Monday through Friday normal business hours. We will not have any visitation over the lunch period which is from 11 am to 1 pm. When the building is closed so is ,the kiosk to visitation.
However, the inmates have access to use facetime with their loved ones on their texters, or on the kiosk in their cell block.
