Richland County uses a service called “iTax” to process taxes. You can access it by going to the following internet address: 

https://itax.tylertech.com/RichlandND

1. Locate your tax properties using the search function by entering your parcel number OR owner name (not both).
2. Click the parcel number link in the TaxID-S column if multiple parcels are listed.
3. To view your statement, click on “Show Current Tax Bill”, or to make a payment, click on “Pay Taxes”.
4. If paying whole installments choose an amount from the cart options or enter a specific amount in payment box provided.
   
   

*NOTE:  When paying property taxes through Richland County iTax the following fees apply:
-Debit or credit card 2.45% fee
-Checking or savings account flat fee $1.50
