About
Richland County State’s Attorneys Department is dedicated to preserving the rights and privileges of the citizens of Richland County.
The State’s Attorney office is continually working on prosecution of criminal offenses, traffic offenses, child support enforcement, suits involving county, opinions to townships and school districts relating to their duties, and working as a legal advisor to the county commission.
The office also represents the petitioner in juvenile cases and mental health proceedings and is involved in adult abuse protection orders and disorderly conduct restraining orders.
