The Geographic Information Systems (GIS) page (Richland County Parcel Viewer) will allow you to see Richland County parcel boundaries drawn to be as accurate as possible by using deeds and plats recorded in the Richland County Recording office.

The tax information site (Richland County iTax Page) brings all the tabular information about Richland County properties in one place and so you can see current and historical valuations as well as payments made or payments due.
